لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو أي جزء منه، أو استخدام علاماتنا التجارية دون إذن. لا يجوز محاولة استخراج الشفرة المصدرية، أو ترجمة التطبيق، أو إنشاء نسخ مشتقة. التطبيق وجميع حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية وحقوق قواعد البيانات تبقى ملكاً لـ Abdulhai Alhashemi.
التغييرات والرسوم
نسعى لجعل التطبيق مفيداً وفعّالاً، ونحتفظ بالحق في تغيير التطبيق أو فرض رسوم على خدمات معينة في أي وقت. لن نفرض رسوماً دون توضيح ما تدفعه مقابل (مثل المشتريات المعروضة في متجر التطبيق).
الاشتراكات والمشتريات
- الاشتراكات الشهرية/السنوية لإزالة الإعلانات الإجبارية تُجدَّد تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ عبر حساب متجر Apple أو Google وفقاً لسياساتهم.
- حزم العملات قابلة للاستهلاك داخل اللعبة.
- إعلان المكافأة مقابل العملات قد يبقى متاحاً حتى للمشتركين.
بياناتك وأمان جهازك
يخزّن التطبيق ويعالج البيانات الشخصية التي تقدمها لتشغيل الخدمة، وفق سياسة الخصوصية. أنت مسؤول عن أمان جهازك. ننصح بعدم كسر حماية الجهاز (jailbreak/root).
الاتصال بالإنترنت
تتطلب بعض الوظائف اتصالاً نشطاً. لا نتحمل مسؤولية عدم عمل التطبيق بالكامل عند انقطاع الاتصال أو نفاد باقة البيانات. قد تطبّق شبكة الجوال رسوماً — أنت مسؤول عنها.
استخدامك للتطبيق
يجب أن يبقى جهازك مشحوناً. لا نضمن خلو التطبيق من الأخطاء؛ قد نعتمد على أطراف ثالثة (Firebase، Google، Apple). لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن الاعتماد الكامل على التطبيق.
التحديثات وإنهاء الخدمة
قد نحدّث التطبيق. التطبيق متاح على Android وiOS؛ قد تتغير المتطلبات. ننصح بتثبيت التحديثات. قد نوقف التطبيق في أي وقت. عند الإنهاء: تنتهي التراخيص الممنوحة لك ويجب التوقف عن الاستخدام وحذف التطبيق.
المحتوى والعلامات
جميع الملفات والمعلومات في التطبيق محمية بحقوق النشر لـ Abdulhai Alhashemi. لا يجوز نسخها أو تعديلها دون إذن كتابي.

Subscriptions and purchases
- Monthly/yearly subscriptions to remove forced ads renew automatically unless cancelled via your Apple or Google store account per their policies.
- Coin packs are consumable in-game items.
- Rewarded ads for coins may remain available even for subscribers.
Your data and device security
The app stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver our Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device.
Internet connection
Some features require an active internet connection. We are not responsible for reduced functionality when you have no connectivity. You are responsible for data and roaming charges.
Your use of the app
Keep your device charged. While we strive to keep the app accurate and updated, we rely on third parties (Firebase, Google, Apple). We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss from relying wholly on the app.
Updates and termination
